We are located at North West Regional Hospital, Mersey Community Hospital and Devonport Community & Health Services Centre as well as visiting our Primary Health sites and other community settings. THE ROLE Assist the Manager with coordination and management of the Speech Pathology Service in the North West. Provide Clinical Leadership and direction to the team that provides services to the adult population. YOU WILL NEED * Excellent clinical skills & knowledge to work with adult inpatient and outpatient presentations * Flexibility to manage a clinical caseload, lead the Adult team and carry out other duties including reviewing & developing policies and procedures, service review and planning and leading and supporting others with Quality Improvement projects. * Experience in managing human resources including recruitment, orientation, rostering, supervision and performance development Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application. DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT Permanent part time, day worker position, working 45.6 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team! *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. SALARY $131,122 to $138,984 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025 SALARY PACKAGING You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
