YOU WILL NEED: * Knowledge of, and experience in, day‑to‑day office management, including providing administrative support in a professional environment and the use of a wide range of computer software packages such as My Aged Care, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Technology One and other departmental systems. * Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement and discretion in an administrative role, including identifying administrative issues and escalating them to management in accordance with established escalation pathways. * Demonstrated experience in setting work priorities to meet deadlines and the capacity to work independently under general direction, using judgement to prioritise tasks within established guidelines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
