The Role The Project Manager provides strategic leadership, specialist advice, and project oversight to deliver the Statewide Complaints Management Oversight Unit (SCMOU) Action Plan. The role focuses on improving business workflows, governance frameworks, and operational processes to align with Department of Health strategic priorities. Working with senior stakeholders, the Project Manager drives continuous improvement, develops and embeds project management frameworks, and ensures effective coordination, reporting, and delivery of multiple statewide reform initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, high-level communication, and the ability to address complex issues while maintaining quality, timeliness, and alignment with organisational objectives.
