Fleet Services maintains the vehicle fleet by keeping it clean and safe for end users. Our service works to focus on delivering excellence to the Tasmanian Community by supporting their health needs. The Role * Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle fleet and ensure vehicles are safe for drivers. * Undertake administrative and reception duties. * Maintain all relevant documentation and records pertaining to the operation and management of data that is related to Fleet Services in the region. * Liaise with various staff, service providers and other support services, assisting the Fleet Officer in the resolution of relevant Fleet Services matters. You will need * Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness for the vehicle fleet, including demonstrated sound working knowledge of the safe use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge. * Demonstrated basic knowledge and capability to perform minor maintenance on vehicles such as checking water, oil, tyre pressure, filling wiper fluid, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge. * Demonstrated skills and experience in administrative and reception duties, including sound knowledge in the use of software packages and database systems, including data entry, word processing, the use of spreadsheets and providing email/telephone services. Details of appointment Fixed-term full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, from 10 September 2026 until 28 July 2027. Salary $68,854 to $73,947 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025.
