Job Description Functional Responsibility & Duties Issue Purchase Orders according to Group Procurement policies and procedures and required KPI timeliness Manage and followup on the Open/Aging PO to ensure the closure / completion of the purchase order lifecycle. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports as needed for the purchases Support SSBP and Cluster Category Leads to achieve Group Procurement goals for compliance and risk management as indicated in SOP. Interface and partner with users to provide status updates as needed, deliver a high level of customer service and continuous improvement in delivering value for the GP organization Support vendor registration process as per the policy Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed and relevant to the role and Procurement Team Role Responsibility : Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy Promote AirAsia’s culture and values within the organization and externally. Be due diligent, ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of actions Strive for excellence in execution of responsibilities and duties Qualifications : At least 1 year of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably gained experiences as Buyer or in P2P transactional role, working in multinational companies Experience with ERP Purchasing systems is required A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering is preferred Good negotiation and commercial thinking skills, able to understand procurement process Able to prioritize, focus, persevere, manage time well and aim to deliver from start to finish (good project management skills), while being tolerant and having patience with people Detail oriented, creative, analytical and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet) Positive with self and others, good in relationship management and able to influence others Have integrity, ethical, respectful and service minded; able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values, excellent in providing customer service and stakeholder management Confident, self-initiator, great coordinator and able to adopt change Able to network with others, be a team player; curious and strive for learning & self development Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in Thai language would be an added advantage AirAsia Berhad: Asia’s leading airline was established with the dream of making flying possible for everyone.
