JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
1.Work alongside the existing IB team in Singapore and colleagues in China (including HK), other Southeast Asian countries and internationally.
2.Lead the execution of cross border M&A transactions in Southeast Asia.
3.Support senior bankers on new business origination.
4.Prepare and deliver client presentations.
5.Direct key aspects of business and financial due diligence and drafting of marketing materials.
6.Review and negotiate transaction documentation.
7.Develop client relationships in Southeast Asia through deal execution and pitching.
8.Maintain coverage and frequent dialogue with investors & other key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above.
3.Self-motivation, open-minded, passion to work on cross-border transactions and team spirit to work with colleagues around the globe.
