POSITION: FORKLIFT NIGHT SHIFT DRIVER (FULL TIME)

Pak’nSave Albany is seeking a dependable and skilled Forklift Night Shift Driver on a full-time basis to join our team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience operating forklifts in retail or warehouse environments.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual lifting duties.
  • Proficient with basic IT systems.
  • Valid reach truck forklift license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a forklift to transfer stock from the receiving area to designated locations, ensuring accuracy in product placement.
  • Unload and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
  • Maintain attractive and accessible product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards and protocols in the use of forklifts and other equipment.
  • Assist with stock rotation and promptly remove expired or damaged products from shelves.
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage receiving, handling, and dispatching of goods.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to stock receipting and dispatching.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
  • Support general warehouse operations, including stock control and inventory counts, and other tasks when required.
