School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Our Organization is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative school team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct and lasting impact on students’ behavioral, social, and academic success within a supportive educational environment. As a School-Based BCBA, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborate with educators and families to ensure effective, evidence-based support for every student. You’ll also provide training and coaching for staff, helping to build school-wide systems that promote positive behavior, engagement, and inclusion. Job Outline: Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and refine interventions. Lead professional development sessions on classroom management and behavior strategies. Foster a positive, inclusive climate that supports both students and staff in achieving their goals. Partner with IEP teams, administrators, and service providers to ensure coordinated student support. Design and implement individualized behavioral programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Requirements Applicants must possess a current BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related discipline. Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and proactive behavioral support strategies.
