Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Full-Time | 2025–2026 Our organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic school team for the upcoming academic year. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to foster meaningful behavioral and academic growth among students through the implementation of evidence-based practices. You’ll design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional assessments, and coach teachers in evidence-based ABA strategies that improve learning and behavior outcomes. With a student-first mindset, you’ll be a vital part of a team committed to inclusion and progress. Primary Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture where all students can thrive. Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Design and implement individualized behavior programs rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Lead professional development sessions to build staff capacity in behavior management and positive support strategies. Requirements Current BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related discipline. Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and proactive behavioral support strategies.
