Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum + super

Serene Clinics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

• A tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience in behaviour support is desirable.
• Ability to effectively support, mentor, and lead fellow behaviour support practitioners.
• Genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities. Capability to handle challenging situations.
• Working knowledge of the NDIS and experience in helping participants achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plans.
• Ability to manage a caseload, commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention approaches.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to support interventions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and client database
• A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel within Sydney area.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Police Clearance
• WWC Clearance
• Driver’s Licence and own transport
• NDIS Practitioner ID
• Comprehensive car insurance
• Arabic-speaking is an advantage but not essential

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in allied health, Social Science, Education or Behaviour related disciplines
• Significant knowledge of disabilities and their impact
• Completion of relevant courses and training in behaviour support
