You have Experience in a Complex Care setting, with a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or are prepared to work towards it. Worked as a Support Worker, supporting people with complex needs, or behaviours of distress. A flexible, person-centred approach, identifying each customer as unique and adapting to their needs Experience of positive risk management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues.
