THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree in a business-related subject
• At least 1 year’ experience in Sales and / or Trade Marketing in an FMCG environment
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
• Able to work independently while keeping strong collaboration with marketing, sales, regulatory and quality departments

ABOUT THE ROLE

As POSM Specialist you will play a key role within the regional trade marketing team, responsible for the implementation of Channel 4P Strategies for selected customers, and support Key Account and Field team to meet agreed sales and commercial objectives when executing the company’s 4P objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Trade Marketing organization through creating POS ordering / tracking. The position is based in Budapest and report directly to the Head of Trade Marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works together with the Sr. Customer / Trade Marketing Managers, Activation Managers, Key Account Team to implement agreed POS plans to ensure Reckitt market share gain and category expansion for the respective retailers
• Developing POSMs (production, design, new POSM development) and coordinating distribution
• Cooperating with external/internal agencies to deliver best in class trade execution on time in full
• POS housekeeping to provide updated materials for customer related projects (CATMAN, listing, POS development)
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of warehousing costs
• Manage and develop POS related trackers/catalogue
• Manage budgeting: PO creation, tracking, 6MRF input
• Manage FAST SKU process and embellished SKUs (if applicable) to ensure customer related products/displays
