Description

AT MÖLNLYCKE, WE DON’T JUST SELL PRODUCTS—WE HELP TRANSFORM CARE.

We’re passionate about making a real difference in patients’ lives—and we’re looking for a Nurse or Physical Therapist who shares that passion. If you’re a wound care expert with a strong post-acute background—think home health, skilled nursing, long-term care or DME—and clinical experience managing lower extremity swelling with compression, we want to hear from you.
As a Wound Care Certified Clinical Specialist on our Post-Acute team, you’ll be a vital link between our wound care solutions and the healthcare professionals who use them. You’ll work alongside our sales team to deliver education, drive adoption, and improve patient outcomes—all while bringing your deep clinical expertise to the field.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to drive clinical strategy and support growth in top-priority accounts.
  • Lead engaging product and clinical education sessions, including peer-to-peer programs, professional development events, and QIP (Quality Improvement Project) initiatives.
  • Support our salesforce in the field—training new hires, mentoring experienced reps, and reinforcing clinical best practices.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clinicians, advocate partners, and key influencers in the wound care space.
  • Serve as a clinical resource across departments—including Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development—to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide input on new product development, participate in clinical trials, and support market launches.
  • Represent Mölnlycke at industry associations and events.
  • This role will cover the US; Overnight Travel 65% - 75%. Preferred locations will be Central US near major airport
