Full-Time Travel Hospital Liaison Sales Position | Serving Norman, Oklahoma

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma LPN or RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hospital liaison
  • Background in clinical sales or business development
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or skilled rehabilitation setting
  • Reliable transportation for daily regional travel
Responsibilities

IN THIS HIGH-IMPACT ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Assess patient needs and coordinate smooth transitions from hospitals to post-acute care.
  • Serve as a clinical expert and trusted resource to patients, families, and referral partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, LTACs, and healthcare providers.
  • Support our mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital referral sources, including case managers and physicians.
  • Facilitate business development with hospitals, LTACs, and physician groups to ensure a consistent pipeline of patient referrals.
  • Conduct pre-admission screenings and assessments to determine clinical, equipment, and transportation needs.
  • Collaborate with facility Admissions Coordinators to ensure a smooth, patient-centered admission experience.
  • Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and healthcare professionals throughout the referral and admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activity and referral source interactions within the referral tracking system.
