Here at Doncasters we specialise in turning metals into motion, working with household names such as Rolls Royce and Airbus, we are looking for Post Cast Operatives to help us continue our journey. Based in our site in Killamarsh, Sheffield.
Within our Post Cast team, the shift pattern is one week of 5.30am to 1.30pm, one week of 9.30pm to 5.30am and one week of 1.30pm to 9.30pm.

Ross & Catherall employs around 150 employees and is situated in a great location on the outskirts of Sheffield, easily accessible from the M1 and public transport routes

In this role you will work flexibly, according to your skills and experience with full training given for any task on which you are deployed. Tasks in our Post Cast team typically involve preparing tubes, frames and refractory material, building moulds, cutting and grinding material and inspecting final product. These roles involve carrying out all duties in a safe and efficient manner and contributing towards Ross & Catherall’s quality and delivery targets. Individuals will be expected to maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, bring any safety or quality concerns to the attention of their manager and ensure an effective handover between shifts.
