POSITION SUMMARY: Post Closer - We're looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to review final documents for precision and completeness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, flagging necessary corrections to ensure compliance and accuracy. JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Post Closer will be responsible to review the final documents. The job responsibilities include `but are not limited to the following: Understand Loan Origination process. Review Mortgage related documents for completion and accuracy. Ensure documents meet Investor requirements and guidelines. Update required data accurately in PHH system. Highlight and escalate in case of compliance or guidelines violation. Work in excel spreadsheets that are used for tracking and reporting. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Mid shift, Work from office whenever required
