ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Post-Completions Assistant to join our dynamic Residential Conveyancing Team. This pivotal role involves supporting fee earners and the wider team with all post-completion tasks, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition from completion to file closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Land Registry Applications: Prepare and submit applications to HM Land Registry promptly following completion, both electronically and by post.
  • Requisitions Management: Handle and respond to requisitions raised by HM Land Registry, liaising with fee earners and clients where necessary.
  • Lender Obligations: Ensure all post-completion requirements from lenders are met, including registration of charges and submission of documentation.
  • File Closure & Archiving: Finalise matters by closing files in accordance with firm procedures and archiving them securely and compliantly.
  • Document Handling: Scan, copy, and manage documents required for registration and compliance purposes.
