Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead operational health systems research within the MIND research unit, focusing on qualitative and participatory methods.
  • Analyse qualitative and participatory research data to support programme objectives.
  • Design and implement mental well-being interventions for community health workers in collaboration with teams in Bangladesh and Kenya.
  • Identify priorities of affected communities to ensure equitable management of neglected tropical diseases and mental health conditions.
  • Contribute to recommendations for scaling up quality interventions within existing health systems.
  • Develop innovative methodological tools and build partner capacity for harmonised, multidisciplinary research.
  • Conduct workshops and training in qualitative research methods, software, and other relevant topics.
  • Support literature reviews, data analysis, intervention development, and other research activities while ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.
