KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Liaise with and provide technical input to partners in mid and low-income countries in primary and secondary data collection and analysis, report writing, and quality assurance
• Publish the research findings in peer reviewed academic journals, and develop other outputs as part of research communications strategies
• Work with colleagues to develop LSTM’s research agenda on health systems, and in particular human resources for health
• Assist with grant proposals on health systems and human resources for health research
• Contribute to the LSTM teaching portfolio on health systems and human resources for health
• Analyse data and draft sections of reports for funders and external collaborators
• Produce and disseminate research outputs
