Description:
This post is available within the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health’s Doctoral Academy. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to co-ordinate and deliver postgraduate research recruitment and admissions activities across the Faculty. The successful candidate will have experience of working in the area of recruitment and/or admissions, ideally at PGR level.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and problem-solving skills who can oversee delivery of the Faculty’s complex recruitment and admissions activity. You will also be able to identify and establish robust solutions and harmonise processes, driving forward change within the Doctoral Academy team. As a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, you will build strong working relationships with academic and professional services colleagues across the institution, as well as with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, as they will be required to oversee compliance during the admissions process as well as provide data on applications, offers and acceptances to PGR leadership.
