Holigram is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated Post-Harvest Operators to join our team.
As a Post-Harvest Operator, you will:
- Perform harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing processes.
- Operate various machines involved in the process and packaging, while following SOPs to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Work closely with the cultivation and production teams to deliver premium products.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in post-harvest or production operations (preferred but not required).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
