Job Description: Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain Cartrack projects Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs Provide technical support for any device-related matters or issue (device, fuel, firmware, and functionality issues raised by customers) Create price codes as part of the vehicle information capture process for new and existing customers Conduct post-fitment checks for newly installed Cartrack products on customer vehicles to: ensure standard procedures are adhered to by the fitters all the functions that the customer had subscribed to are working. Create post-fitment related incident reports and provide necessary recommendations as needed for customers Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline Entry levels are welcome to apply Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required We’d love to hear from you, chat with you, and learn more about you!
