Our operations team continuously drives reductions in our supply costs, and improvements in our quality and delivery performance ensuring our products are delivered on time to our customers with the highest standards. About the role To assist Market Delivery Manager reviewing Change Requests, analysing any impact for Customer Service. To evaluate Technical Service Bulletin requests from global teams and post launch End of Supply/Retirement process. Key Responsibilities: Track and Analyze Change Requests (CPM/NPD changes) weekly agendas. Review Post Launch changes and implementation into Markets (Quality fixes to prevent exchanges). Work with Supply chain and Customer function on End of Life and End of Supply requests. Stakeholder & Interactions: Engineering Commercial Refurb Service Design Quality Operations SKU Team Customer Service teams Supply Chain Typical Weekly Activities: Track and Analyze Change Requests Update Comms tracker and prioritise what to release when Liaise with Supply Chain on End of Supply requests Generate Process mapping for the Team Success Measures: Effective prioritisation of workload Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Delivery of accurate work within required time frames About you Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong workload prioritization. Strong problem solving skills in order to adapt to changes Excellent communication skills with colleagues in different countries. Ability to manage shifting priorities. Responsibilities
The role involves tracking and analyzing change requests to evaluate impacts on customer service and technical service bulletins. It also requires coordinating with supply chain and customer functions regarding end-of-life and end-of-supply processes.
