Our practice areas also include wealth and asset preservation, planning for disabled (special needs) beneficiaries, charitable planning, and mediation. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing the post-mortem trust and estate administration process and providing support in client meetings and communications. This position will play a crucial role in facilitating the timely and efficient administration of trusts and estates while maintaining the high standards of legal service that our clients have come to expect from us. Duties will include: Assisting our attorneys in the post-mortem administration of trusts and estates. Preparation and filing of probate documents in a timely manner. Managing the preparation of trust/estate inventories and accountings. Communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions regarding estate matters. Organizing and maintaining case files, including document management and electronic filing. Coordinating meetings with clients, attorneys, and other professionals. Associate degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution. Minimum of three years of paralegal experience in estate planning or probate law. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and master various estate administration software programs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
