Description JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Post-Processing Inventory Supervisor JOB SUMMARY: The Post-Processing Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory-related operations within the facility, ensuring accurate product handling, documentation, tracking, and record keeping in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports the coordination of outbound shipments, returned product processing, inventory accuracy, and proper storage practices. The Post-Processing Inventory Supervisor works cross-functionally with Warehouse, Compliance, and other operational teams to ensure product movement, organization, and documentation are maintained efficiently and in compliance with company guidelines. The position monitors workflow, maintains organized inventory systems, and supports adherence to quality and operational standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRIMARY DUTIES Coordinate daily inventory flow to ensure accurate product handling, storage, movement, and documentation. Oversee product storage processes to ensure inventory is properly scanned, tracked, and maintained within designated locations. Work with management to implement and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, productivity, and outbound performance. Supervise and lead team members by recruiting, training, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating performance. Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations. Oversee departmental payroll processes, ensuring accurate timekeeping, overtime tracking, and collaboration with HR on discrepancies. Warehouse Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Partner with HR and team leads to ensure proper training and documentation compliance. Support inventory accuracy initiatives, including cycle counts and physical inventories. Ensure FIFO compliance for outbound product and actively manage floor space to maintain safety and efficiency. SECONDARY DUTIES Coordinate pallet preparation and product staging for automated sorter. Participate in evaluation and implementation of warehouse technologies, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools. Analyze and improve inventory control and outbound processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy. Generate and review KPI reports related to throughput, accuracy, labor utilization, and turnaround times to support data-driven decisions. Assist with operation and maintenance of material handling equipment, including turret trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Champion company policies, procedures, and core values at all times. Serve as backup for the Warehouse Manager when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisor role Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have basic computer skills, including data entry, Word and Outlook. Must be flexible, self-motivated, and have the ability to perform all tasks within the Processing Department. Excellent training abilities. Must maintain a positive attitude in a high-performance team environment. Must be available to work overtime upon reasonable notice, including weekends. Must pass background check and random drug screenings. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a diverse work force PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand, walk, reach and bend for up to 10 hours a day if needed, with breaks. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Assistance is available upon request for lifting packages that exceed 40 lbs. or that are in unstable condition. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
