Job Description As a Post Production Coordinator, you will help shepherd projects from shoot wrap to final delivery. Advise the Production Manager on resourcing needs, potential bottlenecks, risks, and schedule adjustments. Ensure all teams are fully aligned on upcoming milestones, ownership responsibilities, and delivery expectations. Organize and distribute call sheets, shoot details, and media assets as needed following production wrap. Client Communication & Delivery Deliver work for feedback in structured, timely intervals. Clearly communicate what is needed from the client to keep workflows moving. Prepare and deliver final files in required formats, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Support ongoing status reporting (weekly) on progress, risks, and updates.
