Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, The Post Production Lead is responsible for overseeing their department through scheduling and providing work direction for staff to assure proper workflow that successfully meets company cost, quality, and delivery objectives. This role is also the team primary contact for communication with other warehouse departments and office staff. Shift: First (6:00am to 2:30pm) plus occasional OT PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A successful Post Production Lead will: Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility. Schedule work and provide direction to others on the team. Communicate constantly by emails and tickets about the status of orders between CSS, Sales and Operations. Train and develop team members to documented processes. Identify problems, develop solutions, and implement change when necessary. Lead staff through proactive decisions and assuring maximum productivity. Foster a culture of respect and care for people by demonstrating trust, respect, and support for all members of the team. Inspire, influence, and guide others to participate in common goals. Solicit input from others, keep team members informed, and give timely feedback regarding performance. Manage time effectively, delegate and empower others to manage increasing workload as needed. Assist with all other tasks as needed. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in post and shipping operations Analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions. English speaking and able to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and external contacts.
