As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Production and Project Managers, who will value your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with a team. You will contribute to a collaborative and efficient workflow within the production team to provide an exceptional client experience. Your efforts with the diverse team will help keep projects on time and on budget. Using your experience and creativity, you will help guide projects and provide valuable feedback to your peers and the studio. As a member of the production team, you’ll always aim to find ways to meet client needs and level up those around you while continuing to challenge yourself through various projects.

Key Expectations:

• Act as the link between directors, talent, and studio.
• Maintain day-to-day communication internally and externally.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and other team members to identify project needs and evaluate solutions.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scheduling.
• Review deliverables prepared by internal teams.
• Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external communications and enforce standards
• Schedule and attend project meetings.
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suites.
• Other responsibilities added at the discretion of Management.
• Entry Level-2 years of film/TV/postproduction experience is preferred.
