In this role, you’ll contribute directly to impactful campaigns and creative initiatives that reach audiences across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will: Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms Work with raw footage, graphics, and audio to produce polished, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Opus Clip, and AutoCut to efficiently edit and optimize content. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite Perform color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and professional quality Apply sound design techniques, including audio cleanup, music integration, and sound balancing Assist in transforming long-form content into short-form clips optimized for platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and YouTubeShorts Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure videos align with campaign goals and messaging Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control to support efficient content production Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats to improve content performance Requirements This role is a great fit if you are someone who: Has a bachelor's degree in media production, Film, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Has experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and tools such as After Effects, CapCut, Opus Clip, and AutoCut Understands color grading, audio balancing, and sound design principles Has experience creating or editing short-form content for social media platforms Is detail-oriented and committed to producing clean, polished edits Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal Works well cross-functionally and enjoys collaborating with marketing and creative teams Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple editing tasks and deadlines
