We are a local Repossession Company looking to add a full time Post Repossession Customer Service Representative to the team in Kennett Square, PA. We are a rapidly growing company looking to add to a well-organized, detail-oriented, motivated individual to the team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or automotive industry.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• Respond to customer inquiries related to vehicle repossession.
• Provide clear information on repossession processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our systems.
• Work to resolve conflicts and provide solutions that meet both the customer’s needs and company policies.
• Continuously update knowledge of company policies and industry regulations related to repossession.
