Legacie Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Post sales completion manager to join the team based out of Head Office in Liverpool.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

The Post Sales Completion Manager is responsible for managing the customer care process after property sales have completed. This includes overseeing snagging and remedial works, liaising with contractors, and ensuring buyers are fully satisfied with their purchase experience. The role is key to protecting the company’s reputation and delivering exceptional post-completion service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for buyers after completion.
  • Instruct, schedule, and monitor snagging and remedial works with contractors and internal teams.
  • Carry out property inspections to confirm completion of all agreed works to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate case files, tracking issues raised, actions taken, and resolution dates.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure agreed timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Keep buyers informed with clear, regular communication throughout the process.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Gather feedback from buyers and identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.
