REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in water treatment service or technical support
  • Solid understanding of POE/POU systems, water chemistry, and field service operations
  • Hands-on experience with electrochemical systems (CDI, EDI, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Valid, unexpired US Passport needed for travel up to 25%, (US and Canada), based upon the needs of the customer.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of resolving complex product issues.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate unresolved or repeated VOC cases escalated to Tech Support Level 4
  • Conduct on-site inspections when necessary to evaluate system and installation
  • Perform root cause analysis across product, installation, and environmental factors
  • Coordinate with HQ (Tech, QA, R&D) to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Recommend updates to filter specifications, installation guides, and error code logic
  • Identify and register high-risk zones (e.g., high TDS, abnormal pressure)
  • Propose policy improvements such as pressure reducing valve (PRV), requirements or geo-targeted notifications
  • Perform component-level diagnostics (valves, sensors, PCB, TDS/ph)
  • Review CIP activity to assess customer maintenance behavior
  • Provide field insights to enhance training content, service manuals and contractor education
