The Post-Secondary Instructor, Software Developer, possess the necessary knowledge and subject matter expertise in their area, and interpersonal skills to ensure an exceptional educational experience for adult learners. The Post-Secondary Instructor will leverage hands-on learning spaces and technology platforms to educate and train students through relevant industry-specific content, provide them with appropriate assessment and evaluation while fostering their technical and soft skills, allowing for personal and professional growth, and leading to success in their current or future careers.
