We are seeking an experienced Post-Tension Foreman to oversee and supervise post-tensioning works at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of post-tension systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in post-tension works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of post-tension systems, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions.

• Supervise and manage post-tension site activities, including installation, stressing, and grouting works.
• Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to workers on post-tension procedures.
• Inspect and report progress, quality, and safety compliance to project management.
• Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions when required.
