Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Post Trade Exceptions professional to join our wider transaction reporting control group, in the client reporting team. The client reporting team have 17 professionals across London, Chester and India. This will be a varied position, with regulatory, client service and control elements to it. The role offers great exposure to internal products, systems, and front to back functions, as incoming queries and requests often require interaction with Sales, Trading, Technology, Operations and Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivering exception management, remediation, governance, and metrics for the banks Global Combined Good to Trade (CGTT) reporting and adherence requirements.
  • Regularly connecting with DMO, A&D, Onboarding, ADQ, GTT Team, Sales & Trading, Compliance and COOs to ensure the timely remediation of exceptions.
  • Review and remove false positives and streamline the flow of the remaining true exceptions.
  • Raise ideas to reduce exceptions by streamlining processes.
  • Log, monitor and answer queries from stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track open exceptions through to resolution.
  • Production and distribution of metrics on exceptions.
  • Project ownership – Owning both short- & long-term projects in relation to new regulations.
  • Work with TRCG Submission Control to back report masked counterparties and missing LEI’s.
  • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.
