We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Postal & Workflow Assistant / Delivery Driver. This is a varied role that requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A dependable team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Good knowledge of office environments and clerical processes.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with data input and scanning tasks.
• A full, clean driving licence (required for use of Council vehicle).
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing a helpful and efficient service.

• Sort, prepare, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail across Council buildings, sites, and elected members’ homes throughout the city.
• Carry out clerical duties including scanning, data input, and general office tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use Council systems to manage workflow and ensure timely processing of documents.
• Deliver documents and packages by foot and via Council vehicle, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
