We are seeking one candidate for an initial 3-month probation period. Based on performance, the candidate will be offered an ongoing role.
Retail customer service experience is highly regarded (not mandatory).
Must be able to count large sums of cash accurately and efficiently.
Competitive hourly rates as per the General Retail Award (based on age & experience).
Permanent Part-Time or Ongoing Casual role available for the successful candidate post probation.
Full on-the-job + online training provided.
Supportive and friendly team environment.
Please note: Annual leave or holidays cannot be taken in November and December, as these are peak trading periods.

Performing product sales and service transactions.
Handling high-value cash, card, cheque, and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Assisting with mail lodgments and parcel lodgments.
Promoting products & services through up-selling, cross-selling, and merchandising.
Building rewarding customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
Conducting identity services transactions in a late stage (e.g. Passport Interviews, TFN applications).
Assisting with admin duties such as stocktaking and record keeping.
Stock filling, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy retail area.
Following Australia Post’s OHS standards.
Adapting to process improvements for productivity and service growth.
Safely lifting parcels (10–16kg) as required.
