Description

The Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences calls for applications for a 2-year position as a postdoctoral researcher in host/parasite interactions. The position is available from 1 September 2025 or soon thereafter. The position is in the research section Behaviour, Stress and Welfare.

THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE TRAINED AND GAIN EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Relevant aspects of veterinary parasitology, including diagnostics, treatment, control and drug resistance.
  • Organoid research and infrastructure capacity building.
  • Teaching and supervision of students at the BSc and MSc levels through active involvement in teaching in the veterinary science curriculum.
