Arbeidsoppgaver

  • The post-doctoral/early career researcher will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and clinicians in a project that utilizes different types of data from Norwegian Registers and MoBa.
  • The duties will require the use of advanced statistics and high-performance computing resources.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in psychology, statistics, epidemiology, medicine, or a related field relevant to the research conducted as part of the advertised position. The ideal candidate will have experience in several of these areas.
  • Experience in handling large-scale longitudinal data, such as Nordic health registers and cohorts.
  • Knowledge and experience with classic and modern statistical methods in mental health research.
  • Advanced data management and analytical skills using statistical software (e.g., R or Python, SAS).
  • Experience in writing and publishing scientific articles in epidemiology, mental health, or related topics.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
