The Samstein Laboratory is seeking highly motivated postdocs to lead projects aimed at studying cancer immunology including understanding the immunogenicity of DNA Repair defects in tumors and exploring immune surveillance of early developing tumors in mouse models and clinical studies.
Join an exciting growing laboratory in the Mount Sinai Precision Immunology Institute and the Department of Radiation Oncology studying cancer immunology and the interaction of the DNA damage repair and response pathways with the host immune system. The lab looks to identify predictors of response to immunotherapy and understand the mechanisms of altered response towards the design of novel immunotherapy treatments.
Candidates should have a background in tumor biology, tumor immunology, cancer genomics or DNA repair and basic familiarity with mouse models.
Applicants with primarily a computational background are also strongly encouraged to .
