Applications are invited for a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow position to work under the supervision of Professor Johnny Li in the Department of Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Applicants should have (i) a Ph.D. in Actuarial Science or a closely related discipline; (ii) the ability to conduct independent and ethical research, with an outstanding track record of publications; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English; and (iv) the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environment. The appointee will be responsible for (a) conducting high-quality research in actuarial science; (b) preparing research proposals, drafting research articles and reports, and delivering presentations; and (c) performing other duties as assigned. Appointment will be made on contract basis for one year commencing January 2026 (appointment start date may be adjusted as appropriate).
