Description

Work within the assay development team under guidance of a project leader to help discover new formulations and procedures for LZH lateral flow assays
Further optimise existing formulations and improve manufacturing efficiency of assay reagent manufacturing by testing the effect of certain changes to procedures which you will identify and suggest independently or from discussion with your supervising project leader
Guide the work of Research Assistants in our team when experiments you are responsible for require support
Use technical knowledge of immunoassays to make suggestions of hypotheses to test in the aforementioned areas and solve technical problems
Maintain electronic laboratory notebook to the required company standard, diligently recording data and observations from experiments you perform
Communicate all work (progress, findings, observations, suggestions) your project leader and on occasion to the wider company in collaborative meetings
Help develop the technical skills of Research Assistants in the team when you work together to complete technical work and analysis together
