The College of Architecture at Texas A&M University offers undergraduate and graduate professional programs to prepare individuals to enter the professions of architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, urban and regional planning and visualization. As the only department of its kind in the nation, The Department of Landscape Architecture & Urban Planning (LAUP) at Texas A&M encompasses an unmatched set of degree programs in three distinct, but related disciplines:

  • Landscape Architecture: The planning, design, management, and nurturing of the built and natural environments coupling advanced and traditional digital, virtual, and analog methods.
  • Urban Planning: A community engagement driven, systematic, and creative process which influences the future of neighborhoods, cities, regions, rural and metropolitan areas.
