ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and driven Postdoctoral Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow to join our team and play a key role in an innovative NHMRC-funded project: “Partnering with residents and families in infection prevention and control: developing strategies that are compassionate, appropriate and safe.”
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with leading researchers to drive qualitative, participatory, and co-design research activities that place residents and families at the heart of care. From stakeholder engagement and project coordination to data collection, analysis, and publishing, you’ll contribute across the research lifecycle, making a meaningful difference in infection prevention practices and person-centred care in residential aged care.You will engage in high quality research using cutting edge methodologies, leading to high impact publications. You will also foster strong connections with industry, consumer advocates, other research groups and government, to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange.
