ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Medicine, or comparable studies
Experience with cellular and molecular biology methods
Experience in immunology and FACS analysis is of advantage
Experience in genomics and proteomics
Statistics and data management
Ability as team player and open to new hypotheses

Responsibilities

We are looking for excellent and highly motivated applicants with a profound knowledge of cell biological, molecular biological, experimental methods for our lab in INZ at Universitätsklinikum Erlangen. The main aim of the project is to analyze underlying pathological processes in food intolerances with our established ex vivo human organoid model. The applicant will further support our research on the effects of food antigens or phytochemicals in cell culture and organoids and their effects on the immune system.
