THIS IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION FUNDED UNTIL 06/30/2028. JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Postdoctoral Scholar conducts experimental research in a cancer cell biology laboratory that uses human models of glioma to understand the role of signaling pathways in ocular cancer tumorigenesis and testing of new drugs that will target these aberrant pathways to improve the sensitivity of uveal melanoma to treatment in vitro and in vivo.
Responsibilities
The Postdoctoral Scholar conducts experimental research in a cancer cell biology laboratory. The focus is on understanding the role of signaling pathways in ocular cancer tumorigenesis and testing new drugs to improve treatment sensitivity.
