USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Postdoctoral Teaching Assistant supports undergraduate instruction under the supervision of the instructor of record, Professor Jinjin Ha. The TA facilitates student learning through student recitation sessions, office hours, assessment support, and course development, while continuing their own scholarly training. Duties/Responsibilities Lead assigned recitation; reinforce course concepts and foster active learning. (40%) Hold weekly office hours and provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments, labs, and exams. (40%) Coordinate with the teaching team; attend course meetings and contribute to continuous course improvement. (20%) Requirements Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or closely related field.
