As a division, FSIE drives strategic recruitment initiatives, fosters meaningful engagement with diverse student cohorts, and supports UOW’s commitment to delivering world‑class, internationally oriented education. With campuses spanning Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, India and Malaysia, the division works collaboratively across faculties and professional units to ensure prospective students experience a seamless, supportive and inspiring introduction to UOW. We are seeking a motivated and service‑focused Postgraduate and Non‑School Leaver (NSL) Officer to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will coordinate day‑to‑day outbound recruitment activities, provide personalised consultations to prospective postgraduate and NSL students, and support the implementation of targeted conversion strategies across all UOW onshore campuses. You will play a key part in building a strong candidate pipeline, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the University’s strategic enrolment goals.
