• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised and equipment is properly stored.
• Help with the washing up of dishes, pots, and utensils to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Support the cooking staff during service by preparing garnishes and assembling dishes as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
