We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our establishment. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike. The Cleaner will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on areas related to food preparation and hospitality.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a cleaning role within a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is highly desirable
• Familiarity with food preparation and cooking processes is advantageous
• Background in hospitality or serving roles will be beneficial for understanding the importance of cleanliness in guest-facing areas
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

  Pay: £7.60-£12.21 per hour

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, including food preparation surfaces and cooking equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that cleanliness standards are upheld during food preparation and service
• Fast and efficient at washing up and placing items into dishwasher.
• To clean down kitchen area and floors to be swept and mopped.
• To clean down Coffee machine
• Replace Salt in the dishwasher, remove parts and clean and drain at the end of every shift.
• To list any supplies needed on ordering list and replace empty chemicals on dishwasher with full ones.
• Take bins to outside bin and place new bin bags into bins.
• To clean all under counter areas.
• To keep every surface to high standard of cleaning to meet with Environmental Health standards.
• Training can be given.
